Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Fast Circle LLC (“Fast Circle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Services

Fast Circle provides software and related tools that may include the ability to connect third-party accounts and process the data you authorize. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Services in violation of any law or third-party rights;
• access, tamper with, or disrupt the Services or related systems;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or data;
• reverse engineer or copy the Services except as permitted by law; or
• use the Services to transmit malicious code or unlawful content.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms that you choose to connect. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or availability. We access third-party data only as you authorize and as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, text, and design, are owned by Fast Circle or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Services are not intended to provide medical advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Circle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Circle from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
